PatchDelta / Reference
About
PatchDelta is an independent multi-game stat tracker covering Black Ops 7, League of Legends, Valorant, Counter-Strike 2, and Apex Legends. We compute the cumulative balance trajectory of every weapon, champion, and agent across patches since launch — so you can see how each has moved over time, not just what shipped in the most recent update.
Not affiliated with the publishers
PatchDelta is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the publishers whose games it tracks. Call of Duty and Black Ops are trademarks of Activision Publishing, Inc.; League of Legends and Valorant are trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.; Counter-Strike 2 is a trademark of Valve Corporation; Apex Legends is a trademark of Electronic Arts Inc., developed by Respawn Entertainment. All weapon, champion, agent, and item names, statistics, and patch data are derived from publicly published patch notes and remain the property of their respective owners.
What we do
Most stat sites show you what a weapon looks like today. PatchDelta shows you how it got there. For every weapon in BO7 multiplayer we track each numerical change Treyarch has applied since launch — damage values, range bands, sprint-to-fire timings, ADS speeds, recoil modifications — and roll them into a single cumulative delta per stat.

Patch detail page for Season 03 — 22 weapons touched, paraphrased inline changes, source-cited per row.
The result: when a weapon "feels worse than it used to," you can find the exact patch, the exact stat, and the cumulative direction the gun has moved since you last picked it up.
How we're different
u.gg, wzstats, sym.gg, and friends are excellent at one thing: showing you the current meta. PatchDelta is built around three things they generally don't do.
- Cumulative deltas
Not just the latest patch. Every weapon page surfaces the sum of every numerical change since launch, so you can see whether the AK-27 has slowly drifted into a different gun than it shipped as, or whether a recent nerf merely undid an earlier buff.
- Per-patch traceability
Every entry in a weapon's changelog cites the patch that changed it. Click through to the patch page and see every weapon that moved on the same day: useful when you're trying to figure out why three guns suddenly feel different.
- Independent and source-cited
No studio relationship, no early access, no NDA. Numbers come from each publisher's official patch notes; every change description is paraphrased, not copied; sources are linked per patch on /methodology.
Who we are
PatchDelta is built and maintained by Arian Pakray, an independent developer. Product, engineering, the BO7 patch parser, and the LoL champion ingest are all me; the "we" in other copy is the editorial voice, not headcount.
Questions, corrections, or a heads-up on a patch worth ingesting sooner go to hello@patchdelta.net or as an issue on GitHub.
Scope
- GAMES · Black Ops 7 (mature), League of Legends (full champion + items + runes pipeline), Valorant (qualitative changelogs), Counter-Strike 2 (early ingest), Apex Legends (early ingest).
- MODE · Multiplayer-equivalent only. BO7 Warzone, Zombies, and Campaign changes are excluded. LoL and CS2 don't have a mode split for balance purposes; Valorant's competitive balance lives in the agent updates.
- WINDOW · BO7: 2025-11-14 onward. LoL: seasons 25 + 26 (~27 patches). Valorant: 2025 qualitative changelog. CS2: 2023-09-27 launch onward (selectively backfilled). Apex: 2024-02-12 (Breakout) onward (selectively backfilled).
- ITEMS · BO7: Weapons (ARs, SMGs, Shotguns, LMGs, Marksman, Snipers, Pistols, Launchers, Specials, Melee), Scorestreaks, Field Upgrades, Equipment. LoL: Champions, Items, Runes. Valorant: Agents. CS2: Weapons (Rifles, SMGs, Snipers, Shotguns, Pistols, LMGs), Utility. Apex: Weapons (ARs, SMGs, LMGs, Marksman, Snipers, Shotguns, Pistols).
Methodology
How we collect, classify, and compute deltas is documented at /methodology. The short version: numbers come from each publisher's official patch notes, descriptions are paraphrased, and reworks reset the cumulative baseline.
